contact us if you have any questions. By using and ordering from this website
you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this site. If
you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact us. Thanks for your

Payment Terms
We accept credit card, PayPal and T/T Wire Transfers as payment for
orders. For T/T Wire Transfers payments, the order will not ship until the
payment is received and 'clears'. For PayPal eCheck, we will not ship until the
payment clears. Due to potential fraud and misuse, we may decide not to ship an
order, or request additional verification information for credit card or PayPal
payments. Credit cards must clear the authorization process. Orders that have been on hold (order is placed, but payment has not cleared) for more than 5 days, will be canceled. Universities and schools please note, once your order has been placed payment needs to be received withing 2 business days. If not, then the any inventory used for that order will be made available for other orders and could be placed in back order status. If payment is not made within the next 15 days, the order will be canceled.
Shipping and Processing Terms
We can't add or remove any item to an order that has already been placed. Orders may be combined but will not be modified; once you place your order we are unable to change. If you miss any items you can place a new order, and if any previous orders have not been shipped, it is possible to combine them.
We strive to ship orders are soon as possible, however we do not
guarantee delivery or shipment dates. Orders are shipped to the delivery
address noted in the customer order. This address is noted in the email sent to
the customer upon ordering and is also available in the account order history. For international orders,
you are also responsible for any tariffs, taxes, fees, VAT, duties due upon
receipt. You are
responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost
shipments.
We strongly encourage using a traceable shipping method (FedEx). Use of non-traceable
shipping (USPS) is at customer's own risk and there is no way to retrieve or locate
the package once it has been sent. We are not
responsible for delays, loss or damage stemming from shipments sent
to incorrect, invalid addresses or correct addresses (USPS). Orders may end up being returned for
various reasons including: non-payment of tariffs, incorrect address, unclaimed
at post office, etc. If a package is returned or rejected, the customer will be
contacted and will have to pay for re-shipment postage.
We are not responsible for damaged or lost packages shipped via
USPS at any time and under any circumstance.
Not all packages
are insured. For FedEx, packages are insured and claims may be filed almost
immediately, but its best to wait a few days. For United States Postal Service (USPS), there is no insurance offered. Claims
for domestic packages must be filed no earlier than 21 days after shipment and
before 90 days. Claims for international packages must be filed between 45-90
days except for Italy which is 60-90 days. Due to shipping issues, USPS is no
longer available in the following countries: Brazil, Turkey and Poland. Please note that when you chose to declare a value that is less than actual value, the insurance will cover the declared value, regardless of the actual cost.
We do not ship products to the following countries: China, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Syria, North Korea, Myanmar (formerly Burma), Yugoslavia and Sudan. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Accuracy of Information
We attempt to ensure that all the information included on this Web Site is complete,
accurate and current. Despite our efforts, the information on this Web Site may
occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. We make no
representation as to the completeness, accuracy or correctness of any
information on this Web Site. For example, products included on this Web Site
may be unavailable, may have different attributes than those listed, or may
actually carry a different price than that stated on this Web Site. In addition,
we may make changes in information about price and availability without notice.
While it is our practice to confirm orders by e-mail, the receipt of an e-mail
order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of an order or our
confirmation of an offer to sell a product or service. We reserve the right,
without prior notice, to limit the order quantity on any product or service
and/or to refuse service to any customer. We also may require verification of
information prior to the acceptance and/or shipment of any order.
Privacy
We store your phone number, order history, email, shipping and billing
addresses in your user account. For your security, credit card numbers,
expiration dates, and CVV codes are not stored. User information is only used
to ship goods and contact you in case of an order or shipping issue. We do not,
and will never sell or give any of your information to any third-party or send
you any unsolicited advertisements. NEVER!

may be revised at any time and from time to time by updating this posting. You
should visit this page from time to time to review the then current terms of
service because they are binding on you. Certain provisions of these terms of
service may be superseded by legal notices or terms located on particular pages

Termination
You or we may suspend
or terminate your account or your use of this Web Site at any time, for any
reason or for no reason. You are personally liable for any orders placed or
charges incurred through your account prior to termination. We reserve the
right to change, suspend, or discontinue all or any aspect of this Web Site at
any time without notice.

Technology, the laws, and limitations imposed by manufacturers and
content owners are constantly changing. Thus, some of the projects described
may not work, may be inconsistent with current laws or user agreements, or may
damage or adversely affect some equipment.
Your safety is your own responsibility, including proper use of
equipment and safety gear, and determining whether you have adequate skill and
experience. Power tools, electricity, and other resources used for these
projects are dangerous, unless used properly and with adequate precautions,
including safety gear. Some illustrative photos do not depict safety
precautions or equipment, in order to show the project steps more clearly.

Returns
Orders cannot be canceled once they have shipped. Goods cannot be returned for any reason including a customer no longer needing or wanting a product or lack of product knowledge unless the item is defective or faulty, in which case the following applies.
All goods are checked before they are sent out. In the unlikely event that goods are faulty, they must be returned to the DIY Drones store at the address listed on your order invoice within 90 days of receipt , providing that the device has not been altered beyond that necessary to evaluate it, has no physical damage, and has been properly soldered or assembled by the user. Manufacturing defects identified during that period will be repaired by DIY Drones or replaced by with the same item. The DIY Drones store will not accept goods that have been clearly used more than the amount needed to evaluate their functionality. If the goods are found to be in working condition and the lack of functionality is a result of knowledge or assembly error on the customer's part, no refund will be made, but the goods will be returned to the user at their expense. If there is evidence that the product has been modified or an effort to "fix" it has been made, the DIY Drones store will not be responsible and therefore will not provide an exchange.
For other products distributed but not manufactured directly by the DIY Drones store (i.e. cameras, broadband amplifiers, etc.), we will replace the defective part withing 10 days of delivery confirmation. The item must be as it was shipped, with no modifications, original packaging and contents. Order cancellations/refunds apply with the following conditions: 1.- When we can no longer provide one or more items of the actual order (i.e. discontinued parts). 2.- When on or more items of the actual order are not expected to be shipped within 30 days or more. 3.- When one or more items of the actual order is marked as In Stock but was actually Out of Stock due to an inventory error. Return shipment is the responsibility of the customer. All returns are credited as store credit upon receipt. RMAs are required for returns. Once the RMA has been issued, the customer has to return the item within 10 days of the issue date. If the item is not shipped within that time frame, the RMA will be nullified. Any order discrepancies must be communicated within 30 days or order receipt. This applies to any missing parts in kits, orders in packages, etc. After the 30 day window, we cannot be held responsible for any missing items.

Typographical Errors
In the event that a 3D Robotics Inc. product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, 3D Robotics Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. 3D Robotics Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, 3D Robotics Inc. shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Miscellaneous
Your use of this site shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the state of California, U.S.A., without regard to choice of law provisions, and not by the 1980 U.N. Convention on contracts for the international sale of goods. You agree that jurisdiction over and venue in any legal proceeding directly or indirectly arising out of or relating to this site (including but not limited to the purchase of 3D Robotics Inc. products) shall be in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California. Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the site (including but not limited to the purchase of 3D Robotics Inc. products) must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises. 3D Robotics Inc.'s failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these terms and conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right.
