1. The GPS
2. The GPS Adaptor Board. Unless you are designing your own, this board converts the GPS Surface mount connector to a data cable connector and provides power.
3. The cable to connect the adaptor board to your IMU.

You need the adaptor board because the GPS comes with a panasonic P5KF series connector; it is a surface mount connector and there is no cable for it.  The adaptor board also provides power for the GPS. You need the cable to connect to your controller, perhaps the IMU+ v2.
